Meanwhile, Bastion is haven’t problems of his own…many thousands of tiny problems.

The shop is up and running! It’s a bit bare bones, but very functional and we have our license…i’m very excited to be tattooing again. i’m still figuring out the flow of working on tattoos/designs and working on the comic, but we’re getting there~ Thank you all for your support!

Emi is truly the queen of saying-things-you-shouldn’t-say-while-losing-a-battle.

Shop update: We have a location, and it’s beautiful! We still aren’t ready to open yet, but we’re slowly slogging our way through all the bureaucracy involved in opening a shop.

~i just love fire effects~ It took a lot of work, but i’m very happy with how the fourth panel turned out!

The last couple of months have been a whirlwind. Things ended on bad terms with the tattoo shop i was previously working at, despite a lot of effort and emotional energy from my friends and i, and we are currently working on forming and opening a tattoo collective! It’s exciting and also a lot of work, and i’ll likely have more updates soon.

My love of the trope usually-calm-and-collected-character-becomes-disheveled is rearing its (beautifully disheveled) head again.

i hope you’re all doing well! Thank you again for your patience! My forearm/wrist issues have been acting up, and i’m realizing my old bike was a major culprit. It has drop bars…beautiful, beautiful, drop bars…that meant i was putting a bunch of weight on my hands and wrists so i’m fixing up a more upright ride which should help! Fingers crossed, because it is planting season and i have vegetables to plant~

Chapter Sixteen

And we are back! i was lucky enough to seem some real beautiful scenery out in Montana a couple of years ago that inspired this chapter cover. i had so much fun with this one, i hope y’all enjoy it! One of the benefits to slowing down the schedule is i really get to take my time with the details, and i do love drawing pretty pictures~

EDIT: i forgot to say, the next page will go up May 24th! i’m gonna aim for the 4th Wednesday of the month so that there’s some schedule happening to when the pages go up.

Schedule update!

Hey all, i finally figured out what i’m doing, sorry for the delay!

For this next chapter, i’m going to be posting a page a month in order to give me the space to get my tattoo life in order, work on some house projects, and regain my completely depleted buffer. (Like, literally…there’s nothing left T.T) Thank you all for your patience and continued support!

i wish my only responsibilities were telling my funny little stories– but alas! There are other things i must do, and currently those other things are taking too much time.

Chapter 16’s cover will go up on March 22nd (what a good number). Enjoy this photo of the ocean i took while in Florida helping a relative out…got me in my feels after this last chapter. i even got to see dolphins! Appreciate y’all!

i still don’t know what my update schedule is going to look like, but i’m thinking of reducing updates a lot for next chapter, and then reassessing from there once i am able to get my buffer back and get back into the swing of things with tattooing! i appreciate all y’alls patience! and i keep bragging about how my readers are the very best <3
